We charge an upfront fee for the ERP customisation and data import, the App configuration and integration, web shop, accounts integration, and label integration, then an annual fee for support and hosting, billed monthly. If you require any new development work to be carried out after deployment, we charge a standard daily rate.

No, you can have as many of your staff on the system as required.
No, all your need is a computer, a web browser (we recommend Google Chrome) and an Internet connection.
We work closely with your teams during the initial discovery phase. During this phase, we gather all the requirements before developing the functionality to match your requirements.
We regularly move customers over to Growflo from other systems. After we go through the customization requirements, we ask you to supply us with your current data, which we then import into Growflo for you. When we have all the customization completed, we give you access to the system so you can begin interacting with it before the live deployment. If you don't currently use a system and have excel spreadsheets instead, that's ok. We ask you to send us the data and we import it for you.
Yes, and we encourage our customers to come to us each year with new feature requests.
Our standard contract length is 12 months.
